We hope you are happy with your purchase.

If you aren’t, then you can return it to us within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or a full refund for the price of the product. Replacements are not available a each piece is a one-off.Return shipping charges will not be refunded unless we delivered the items to you in error or the item is faulty.

Before you return an item, please contact artist@craigjefferson.com to receive authorisation from us and details on how to return the item.

Please include within the following:

Your Order Number
Your First and Last Name
The name of the product you wish to return
A brief description of the reason for the return, and let us know whether you wish to receive a replacement or refund.
Your request will be processed within 48 hours and you will receive an email giving you step by step instructions on how to proceed.

Once we receive your returned order and provided the goods are in perfect condition, we will exchange or refund as required. Refunds are normally processed within 7days.

Goods must be returned in resaleable condition, carefully repacked in the original packaging.
Please note that returned parcels remain the customer’s responsibility until safely received by us. We recommend that you use a recorded-delivery, insured, trackable service and obtain proof of posting for any items returned. We can't consider a claim for returned goods lost in transit without one.

Colours may vary slightly in reality compared with the digital image seen on screen 

If you choose to have your artwork framed, we will contact you to discuss requirements.  The frame will be custom made for the artwork using a contemporary, minimalist wooden frame.  The frames used have been selected by the artist to frame but not detract from the artwork.
